A dreary day for mwah!
Very relaxed (physically)...perhaps a bit too relaxed!
Mentally...many things to do, people to see...but just way too much bother for my brain!
Daylight savings starts tomorrow, hopefully the extra dose of sunshine - (bring on the sunshine) - will spark a bit of life in me. The spark I need to do what needs to be done....damn it! Too much to do! Yet to decide the 'start here' point! Inside or outside?
Sucking down iron tablets & fish oil...trying everything to boost energy levels...this 'Rock' must be gone...'it is weighing me down' - financially, physically & mentally! I NEED TO MOVE ON!

25/09/09 the week that was...
Its over...home alone...again!
A short week, but a big week...my gorgeous girl turned an adult age of 23 on Monday, her boy siblings arrived for the 'no-meat' birthday feast!
Much to their surprised the vege-cocktails sausages bathed in Watties tomato sauce, 'kinda tasted nice' and the salad actually was inhaled...the pumpkin lasagne was greeted with, 'mmmm...the cheese is excellent'...what fine food conesurs I have raised!
The pre dinner lollies now kicked in with my baby 18 year old entertaining us with short with dodgy one liner jokes...I wasn't sure if the laughter was due to nerves, that he dare tell them with his mum present, or if it was because they were actually funny!
My middle lad..a fellow creative Piscean clicking away on the camera, being the birthday paparazzi! Collecting some fine shots for the online album....
Cake was an enormous chocolate log...filled with cream, berries & nutella....garnished with fresh girlie fresia flowers...it was so delicious, I even let the doglette enjoy a chunk of it! And NO he isn't dead from eating chocolate! He did get a burst of energy (being a 13 year old dog) the chocolate kicked in so he bounced around playing Balloon Soccer with him self...
Pressies, laughter, balloons, food, happiness, family & unconditional love all around....perfect birthday for a 23 year old...happy birthday chic.....

11/9/9 - the day that was....
Friday and the week is done....time to unwind before the weekend of relaxing and recreation starts! haha....weekend, R & R??...thats for other people, its not for me!
The chores are falling out of the walls, floors, gardens, garage and certainly my bedroom door! My relaxation will be (finally) at approx. 7.00pm Sunday night I reckon!
The joys of a home owner, the bliss of owning a home, the excitement of the initial purchase of this home, that is now a 'rock' around my neck! The gloss has long gone...left behind is the grind! Not the basic housework chores...but the maintenance, the time, the energy required to keep up...to salvage something from the dream that was! To be able to present the 'rock' as a must have to an excited possible purchaser, to entice someone, and to have them fall in love with my 'rock' - to make it their diamond!
And so to bed.....to recharge for the weekend ahead!
